Shipping policy

Upon submitting your order, the selected plant will be reserved for shipment, including pre-orders. Leaf of Luxury, LLC customers understand and consent to receiving their orders without a signature. The package will be left unattended; therefore, it is crucial to track the shipment and be present to collect your plant package.

All plants are cultivated in soil but will be shipped in Sphagnum Moss when it is possible to do so without disrupting the root ball. It is important to have the appropriate soil, pots, and lighting conditions ready to safely transition the plants and minimize shipping stress.

The standard processing time for shipments is 5-7 business days. Delays may occur around Federal Holidays. Leaf of Luxury is not liable for any delays or damage caused by carriers, purchasing Route Package Protection is strongly advised.

To prevent weekend holdovers, plant orders are shipped on Mondays or Tuesdays.

Please consider the weather and temperature when choosing your shipping method. Note that free shipping does not cover expedited delivery. Purchasing plants can be risky when temperatures exceed 85bor drop to 35 degrees Fahrenheit or lower. Additionally, heat packs may be ineffective at temperatures of 30 degrees Fahrenheit or below. Given the delicate nature of plants, we provide shipping options such as UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, and UPS Ground. For the well-being of your plants, we highly recommend choosing UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air to lessen the time in transit. Leaf of Luxury is not liable for any weather-related damage, purchasing Route Package Protection is strongly advised. 

In the event that your package is damaged or lost during transit, we will initiate a claim with the courier and update you accordingly. Should your package arrive damaged, please reach out to us within one hour of delivery with an unboxing video.
