The plant photos represent the actual plants you will receive, except when specified as Grower's Choice. Since plants are living entities, their leaves may vary in color, number, size, and shape. You are welcome to request up-to-date photos.

It is normal for plants to arrive with minor imperfections, such as broken, yellowing, or wilting leaves and stems, due to the shipping process. Once the plants adjust to their new environment, they should recover.

Please consider the weather and temperature when choosing your shipping method. Note that free shipping does not cover expedited delivery. Purchasing plants can be risky when temperatures exceed 85 or drop to 35 degrees Fahrenheit or lower. Additionally, heat packs may be ineffective at temperatures of 30 degrees Fahrenheit or below.

We meticulously pack our plants to ensure they reach you in a condition that meets our standards of quality.

Please note that during the spring and summer, some plants are cultivated outdoors and may attract pests. We treat all plants with a systemic pesticide before shipping. However, it is advisable to quarantine any new plants you add to your collection.
